  • Navigating A Course
    • Our courses are highly intuitive to take. And instructions for navigating courses can be found by clicking the "Help" button from within any course.
    Registering for An Exam
    • When you are finished taking the course and are ready for the exam, click the Take Exam button, which is available on the final page of the course.
    • Click the Register button. You'll be asked to supply your name, address, license number, etc., which will enable us to submit your CE credit to the Department of Insurance when you pass the exam. If you've registered for a course in the past, you can use the Fast Track feature, which will pull up all your information with only your license number and last name. If you've taken a course already that day, the system should automatically recognize you.
    • After you submit your registration info, you'll be shown a Begin Now button. When you're ready, first select the self-certify checkbox to confirm you are the person who holds that license number, and then click the button to begin the exam. You should expect to spend around ten minutes taking it.
    Taking An Exam
    • The exam consists of three multiple-choice questions. For each question, click the circle beside your selected answer. You must answer all three questions. If you're not sure of an answer, take your best stab at it. You will not be penalized for incorrect answers.
    • When you have answered all three questions, click the Submit Exam button. You exam will be graded and you will be told your results instantly.
    • You will need to have answered all three questions correctly in order to earn CE credit.
    • If you did not pass the exam, you will be presented with a Retake button to return to the exam. If you fail the exam three times, it is recommended you go through the entire course again. A link to the first page of the course will be provided beneath the Retake button.
    Processing of Your CE Credit
    • Once you have passed the exam, your CE credit will be submitted to the Dept. of Insurance within 2-3 business days. There is no charge or filing fees for this service.
